HB-TIMS-15 is a compact temperature-controlled induction heating / melting system with complete accessories. Such a complete system includs a 15KW Induction Heater, 80mm O.D x 76mm I.D Quartz Tube with Flanges & Valves, Graphite Crucible & Refractory Assembly, 58L/m Recirculating Water Chiller, Vacuum Pump, and Mobile Cart. It is an ideal tool for growing crystal, melting and sintering new metallic alloys with melting point < 1700ºC (under vacuum or protective gas environment).
WARNING
Please always keep negative pressure during heating and filling inert gas, and protective glass. Rasing pressure will damage quartz tube and cause injuring. Read manual carefully. Monitor and properly control the inside pressure of reaction vessel at all time during operation. Otherwise, failure of operation may result in irretriable damage to the equipment or personal injury..
